Sam Sato's, Central Maui, since 1933

A must for every trip to Maui. Even though Sam Sato's is famous for their dry noodles, the lima bean manju is not to be missed. That's right, I said lima bean. Like so many other local Hawaiian foods, the sugar and pineapple plantation workers used what they could get, and it stuck.
