Trani's Dockside Station

San Pedro, California. They've done it again! Trani's has opened a new restaurant, this time, in the beloved Canetti's Seafood Grotto Space, which is in the building that was known as the "Ellis Island of Los Angeles" in the early 1900s. In it, they have repurposed the classic serpentine bar top from the old TC’s Cocktail Lounge as well as a 1,600-pound bronze bank table - complete with deposit slip slots - that once stood in the former First Bank of Italy (on loan from the San Pedro Bay Historical Society). For those of us who miss the old Canetti's, this helps.
